How do organizations successfully scale and change? What can you do, as a leader, to accelerate the growth and ensure the adaptation of your organization? And what can you do to ensure that your organization competes successfully on the global stage?  In this session, we review the fundamental sources of successful growth, and we will think through the main ways that attempts to grow can fail. We will also cover the two roads that a company can take to growth.
