Andy Jessen is a managing director and head of M&A for William Blair based in the firm’s Chicago office. He joined William Blair’s investment banking team in 2004. Prior to William Blair, he worked for Lehman Brothers, Accenture and A.T. Kearney.

Michael Ward Michael Ward – Head of Leveraged Finance

Michael Ward is a managing director and head of leveraged finance for William Blair based in the firm’s Chicago office. He originally joined William Blair’s investment banking team in 1997. Before joining William Blair, he worked for First Chicago Corp.

Evan KormackEvan Kornack – Managing Director, Private Capital Markets

Evan Kornack is a managing director for William Blair based in the firm’s Boston office. He joined William Blair’s investment banking team in 2021. Prior to William Blair, he worked for Carom Growth Partners, Data Point Capital, RainDance Technologies and Leerink Swann.
